Welcome to Best Water Restoration. Our founder, Eliran (Eli) Bracha, is not your typical restoration expert. As a Mechanical Engineer with years of experience in the high-stakes aerospace industry, he brought a commitment to precision, quality, and innovation to the world of home restoration.

Eli’s background in research, development, and project management at the Israeli Aerospace Industry (IAI) taught him that every detail matters. He founded Best Water Restoration to bring that same level of technical excellence and disciplined problem-solving to your doorstep, right here in Houston, Texas.

Eli holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka College of Engineering in Tel Aviv (2014) and is a certified Water Restoration Technician by the IICRC (Register #70017505) and a licensed Mold Remediation Contractor in Texas (TDLR License #MRC2127). He transitioned his expertise from aerospace to restoration with one goal: to set a new standard for service and quality in the industry.
