Our Process

Looking for safety hazards, assessing the damage, and build a work plan with defined goals for mitigation and restoration.

Removal of all liquid water in the effected areas, as part of the mitigation, and preparation for drying.

Lifting / removing / covering house content to prevent further water damage.

Quarantining the affected area in order to prevent cross contamination / secondary damage to un-affected areas, and increasing drying effectiveness.

Drying all restorable affected structural materials and content, and Demolishing and disposing the un-restorable.

Disinfection of affected Structural materials and Encapsulation application.

Preforming daily monitoring during the entire process, to make sure progress and drying until drying standard goals are achieved.

Restoring the property to its pre-loss condition. Working with the insurance to pre-approve the full scope of work
